Shipping rates are not calculated automatically in our shopping cart.  Shipping charges vary from state to sate. Once you have placed the order, a friendly customer service representative will call you and provide you with your order total. Your satisfaction is very important to us! It is very important to please provide us with a phone number so we can call you.

Damron's ships it’s world famous bbq throughout the United States and into parts of Canada (please call us 888-442-9416 for info regarding shipment to Canada). No other International shipping is available at this time.

All food items that we ship are fully cooked then vacuum-sealed & frozen. It is then packaged in 1 1/2 inch thick Styrofoam coolers inside a corrugated box with dry ice.

All frozen food is shipped via FedEx 2 day shipping Monday-Wednesday within the contiguous 48 states (Hawaii & Alaska $20 extra). We can ship Standard or Priority overnight for an additional fee.

We have a variety different frozen packages for you to choose from. You MUST start with a combination package and then you may add additional items to suit your individual needs.

Refund on Food Products

Our foods are high quality and carefully packed for shipping. Refunds will only apply if the food product is damaged in shipping or defective on arrival. For safety reasons, returned foods are destroyed, therefore; refunds for foods in good condition are not our policy.
